Adam McCreary

Adam McCreary serves as the Government Relations Manager for Cherokee Nation Businesses. He is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, and has been employed with Cherokee Nation Businesses since 2009. In his current role, he manages the daily operations of the Government Relations department, interacts with all levels of government and he works to ensure the advancement of Cherokee Nation legislative priorities. Adam is from Oologah, Oklahoma and graduated from Rogers State University with a bachelor’s of science in political science.

Adam is also a dedicated volunteer in his community. He currently serves as the co-crew leader for the Claremore Collective Government Relations Crew and Chair of the Public Policy Committee for the Mental Health Association of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Leadership Rogers County and Leadership Tulsa Class 56. He is an Advisory Board Member for the American Indian Chamber of Commerce and participates on the Oklahoma Academy Board. Adam was a recipient of the NextGen Under 30 award in 2016. Adam resides in Claremore, Oklahoma with his wife, Sawyer, and their daughter, Ada.
