President Elect
          Bailey Walker, a Chickasaw Citizen, President/CEO of Four Winds Strategy Group LLC and Director of Tribal Relations for Tribal Diagnostics LLC was elected unanimously as the 2019 AICCO President at the December State Board of Directors meeting.
          Bailey is active in the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma, first serving as an Advisory Board Member, State Board Member, Vice President, President Elect, and State President for most of 2018. He has assisted in the creation of the SW Chapter, SE Chapter, & Eastern Chapter. In 2016, Bailey accepted an opportunity to help build a pilot program Leadership Native Oklahoma to assist future leaders.
          Previously serving as the Chickasaw Nation Preferred Vendor Program Coordinator, he advocated on behalf of the vendors aspiring to do business with the Chickasaw Nation & other tribal nations. He has a unique personal and professional knowledge of issues that many minority business owners encounter and utilizes his experiences to help other minority entrepreneurs navigate small business challenges and achieve success.
          Bailey’s Professional Achievements & Certifications begin with graduating from Adas Inaugural Chamber of Commerce Leadership YOUniversity Class in 2009; Graduating from the University of Reno, NV with a Gaming Management Certification in 2009; Selected to represent ECU at the Governor’s Cup for Entrepreneurs 2009; Graduating from East Central University with a BS in Entrepreneurship in 2012. Mr. Walker attained accreditation as a Small Business Consultant in 2015 (AASBC) and completed the Masters of Accreditation for Small Business Consultants in 2017.
          Bailey was awarded the 2017 Minority Enterprise Development “Advocate of the Year for Minority-Owned Businesses” from the U.S. Dept. of Commerce-REI. Additionally, Mr. Walker was awarded the 2017 Paul & Pamela Bickford Volunteer of the Year 2017 from the AICCO.   Mr. Walker joined the first-ever Minority Business Council of Oklahoma, a committee responsible for retaining and attracting businesses to Oklahoma.
          Mr. Walker began as an intern within the Chickasaw Nation Information Technology Department. After transferring his internship to the Division of Commerce, he was tasked to serve as Tribal Liaison for Global Gaming Solutions, LLC, a wholly-owned entity of the Chickasaw Nation and concluded his internship as a Financial Analyst I, entrusted with maintaining proprietary reports for Gaming (class II/III). Prior to joining the Chickasaw Nation, he held a 13-year career with Dart (aka) Solo Cup, a top-level plastic manufacturer.
          Bailey Walker is a proud Chickasaw, raised traditionally in Chickasaw traditions & customs from an encouraging Mother & fluent-speaking Grandparents.
