Speaker: Billy Hamilton, Choctaw Business Development: Small Business Service Director
Billy has been providing technical business assistance for more than 4 years to Choctaw Tribal members interested in starting or expanding their business to help provide jobs and economic growth. Billy Hamilton was given the “Innovation” award Oklahoma Minority Enterprise Development Awards in 2017. He earned his Business Administration and Management degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
