Meeting is open to everyone. Refreshments are available. A quorum must be in attendance in order for business to be conducted. The meeting is opened with a prayer followed by an roll call. Agenda includes reports from the Treasurer, the Executive Director, the Social Media Marketer, and the Chapter Presidents plus any old business that needs follow up and new business.
