Before joining Critical Fault, Madison embarked on her cybersecurity journey at Fusion X, a startup focused on cyber-attack simulation, threat modeling, cyber investigations and security risk advisory services. Following an acquisition, she joined Accenture’s Global Cyber Defense practices, playing a pivotal role in building out their portfolio of services globally. Followed by her contributions to the development of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Cloud Security Practice and her involvement as part of the founding team of Siemens Energy Global Security practice further solidified her expertise in building cybersecurity capabilities and services globally.

Madison’s unique experiences have positioned her as a leader in the cybersecurity field, equipping her to make significant contributions to various aspects of the industry. Her technical expertise, business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate complex problems across geographical, organizational, and cultural boundaries have earned her recognition as a trusted advisor. Born and raised in San Antonio, Amanda Lee Keammerer is the Managing Director of gener8tor Cybersecurity – a 12-week investment accelerator program focused on cyber startups. Amanda is also the founder and CEO of Javilud, a small business leading at the intersection of people, politics, tech, and art through programs and services.

Previously, Amanda was the Vice President of Cybersecurity and director of the CyberSecurity San Antonio program at the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Before returning to Texas, Amanda worked at the White House for the Federal CIO and first Federal CISO.

In 2020, Amanda was nationally recognized as a Latinx Next Generation Leader in National Security & Foreign Policy. Currently, Amanda represents JBSA-Fort Sam Houston as a Civic Leader with the United States Air Force Air Education and Training Command headquartered at Randolph AFB.

Amanda is the author of a forthcoming bilingual children’s book on cyber, The ABCs of Cybersecurity.

Amanda earned her MA in Global Communication with a double concentration in national security policy and IT policy from The George Washington University. She earned her BA in Russian from Smith College.

Dave Henderson is the President & CEO of Osi Vision. He is responsible for the company’s vision, strategy, leadership, and execution.

Dave has over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, serving five years as an Air Force officer, and since leaving the Air Force, has founded multiple businesses, and served in a variety of senior executive roles, in both small businesses and large, publicly traded companies. Dave is a passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record of leadership, strategy, innovation, business development, team building, people development, and execution, across a wide array of functional disciplines including management consulting, engineering, IT, cyber security, telecom, software, and logistics.

Dave is a member of the Chickasaw Nation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, FL, and a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), an Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, ISACA, and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
