Keynote Speaker: Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs Bryan Newland
U.S. Department of the Interior
Bryan Newland is a citizen of the Bay Mills Indian Community (Ojibwe), where he recently completed his tenure as Tribal President. Prior to that, Bryan served as Chief Judge of the Bay Mills Tribal Court. From 2009 to 2012, he served as a Counselor and Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Interior – Indian Affairs. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and the Michigan State University College of Law. Bryan enjoys hiking and kayaking the shores of Lake Superior, and is a nature photography enthusiast.
Speaker: Steven Hollabaugh, CEO/President

Steven is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation with over 16 years of experience in designing and managing a wide variety of civil infrastructure projects. After spending 12 years in the industry, Steven recognized a critical need for engineering and design professionals completing and delivering in tribal communities for both the federal and private sectors.
Steven started Native Strategies in April of 2020. In just under four years, Steven has procured contracts nationwide and grown Native Strategies from himself and a laptop to over 30 industry professionals. Native Strategies is a fully virtual firm with team members across the United States.
Speaker: Joel Harrison, Engineering Manager

Joel has over 11 years of experience in civil engineering. Joel oversees a team of fourteen engineers, ensuring project execution and fostering a collaborative work environment. His strategic approach to leadership has resulted in the timely completion of high-impact projects while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. In addition to project planning and project oversight, Joel frequently oversees client coordination, monitors project deliverables, and streamlines project workflows. As engineering manager, Joel plays an important role in driving technical excellence and achieving overall success.

Chad Warmington, President/CEO
The State Chamber of Oklahoma
Chad Warmington has a rich history with The State Chamber of Oklahoma. He served as the Chamber’s COO from 2010 to 2013 and returned to serve as president and CEO in 2020. Under his leadership, the Chamber spearheads pro-business advocacy and political affairs on behalf of Oklahoma’s business community.
Since taking the helm, Warmington has guided the organization through extensive modernization, refocusing Chamber efforts toward big picture goals. The Chamber has since achieved huge wins in tax reform and workforce transformation. Chad knows that Oklahoma businesses must succeed for our state to grow and thrive.
Chad has over 20 years of experience in Oklahoma politics. He previously served as the president of the Oklahoma Oil & Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma. He also served as chief of staff to three speakers of the Oklahoma House, on U.S. Sen. Don Nickles’ staff, and as campaign manager for multiple statewide campaigns.
Suzanne Schreiber, Member of the Oklahoma House of Representative from the 70th District
Suzanne Schreiber is a respected leader in the Tulsa community who was elected as the State Representative for District 70 in 2022. She currently serves on Banking, Financial Services, & Pensions, Energy & Natural Resources, Judiciary Civil, and Human Services A & B Committees. Schreiber believes public service is an important role in helping our communities thrive and is passionate about finding ways to put people over politics to solve real problems that allow families and state to grow and thrive.
Schreiber’s public service journey began when she was elected to the Tulsa Public School Board in 2014 and re-elected in 2018, serving as both President and Vice President during her eight-year tenure. She is a strong advocate for public education in Oklahoma and has been recognized for her contributions to the community, including being honored as a Tulsa Woman of the Year in 2016. Suzanne also serves on the board of Oklahoma Watch and the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
In addition to her public service role, Representative Schreiber has worked as a senior program officer for a large foundation since 2011, leading various projects and policy initiatives that align with the organization’s mission to create equal opportunity for young children. Prior to her current role , Ms. Schreiber practiced law for many years and clerked in the federal courts. She holds a law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law as well as a Bachelor of Science in political science and law and society from the University of Tulsa.
