Don Skillern is a Cherokee citizen, with Wolf Clan lineage, and an ancestorial home in the Going Snake district near Tahlequah.
Don holds an undergraduate degree in accounting, a CPA certificate, and an MBA in Finance, as well as course work in taxation. He’s studied at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Southern Methodist in Dallas, and Northeastern in Boston.
Don has over 40 years leadership experience in services, energy, and information technology sectors as well as with the non-profit community. He is currently the president of small real estate investment company, True Light Homes, LLC.
