Project Z.E.N. supports and promotes global healing by building a strong sense of local community through the practice of kindness and compassion. ZEN-inspired studio sessions feature holistic energy arts through painting, music, writing, spending time in nature, and experiencing Reiki therapy, ZEN-DIGENOUS HEARTSPACE CENTER (ZHC) promotes research-based and peer reviewed alternative healing therapies. ZHC introduces clients to therapeutic, artistic, and nature-based wellness practices. We empower clients to use self-enabling management strategies to understand and release underlying psychological and philosophical patterns that lead to pain, suffering, and delusion.
