Procurement Informational Panel Discussion: Meet the City of Dallas Buyers

This Lunch n’ Learn series will provide an opportunity for Native businesses to meet the buyers who can answer any questions regarding the City’s procurement and bidding processes. This panel discussion serves two purposes:
1) to ensure Native small businesses are aware of opportunities to bid on city projects and
2) to identify gaps in experience, training, and capabilities that we can attempt to address early on.
Procurement Services administers the City’s centralized purchasing system and  responsible for developing bid specifications jointly with City departments, obtaining bids through advertising and direct solicitation, establishing and monitoring price agreement contracts, and issuing purchase orders.
