J D Colbert has served as President & CEO of Holisso Hakv Inc for over 10 years. He is a recognized expert on matters related to commercial banking and Indian tribes. He is also active in legal, regulatory and policy formation in the areas of banking, community development, economic development and Federal Indian policy. He has served on the boards of five banks and served as president of two banks.
He holds an undergraduate degree in business management from the University of Oklahoma and master’s degrees from both Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. He is Muscogee-Creek, Chickasaw, Cherokee and Citizen Potawatomi.
