The Annual Membership Meeting will be held at Choctaw Casino in Durant (in Willow Room) prior to the Business Summit. Three members in good standing will be voted on to fill the open Board of Director positions by AICCOk members. Board members will serve for three years and officers are selected from the Board of Directors at the December meeting. If you are interested in serving, send an email to

The Board of Directors meets monthly at a location they voted on at their December meeting. The By-Laws describe the Board as:
The governing and policy-making responsibilities of the Chamber shall be vested in the Board of Directors, which shall control its property, be responsible for its finances, and direct its affairs.
