Bailey Walker serves as the Chickasaw Nation Preferred Vendor Program Coordinator. His advocacy on behalf of the suppliers aspiring to do business with the Chickasaw Nation is tireless. He earned an entrepreneurship degree from East Central University in 2012, although he was a Chickasaw entrepreneur long before that time. He has a unique personal and professional knowledge of issues that many minority business owners encounter and utilizes his experiences to help other minority entrepreneurs navigate small business challenges.
Edith Baker is the Manager for the Contracting and Employment Support Office with Creek Nation in Okmulgee. This position is for a newly formed office that will be enforcing and monitoring the implementation of the Indian preference vendor and hiring law. It replaced the previous Tribal Employment Rights Office.
Boyd Miller is the Preferred Supplier Program Commodity Manager with the Choctaw Nation procurement department He served on the AICCO State Board of Directors 2015 through 2017, and was elected as Vice President in 2016 and as President in 2017. His advocacy on behalf of the suppliers aspiring to do business with the Choctaw Nation is tireless. Miller received the Minority Advocate of the Year from REI Oklahoma in 2016. He is a Graduate from the Choctaw University in Durant, OK.
