Russell Martin is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University 1989, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Education and a graduate of Tonkawa High School 1984. He and his wife Kelly of 29 years have four children, Hunter, Gage, Rustin, and Kennedy. Russell has worked as the CEO Seminole Nation Gaming, General Manager of Native Lights Casino, Chairman Tonkawa Tribal Gaming Commission, and as a school teacher/coach for 18 years.
