Lesa is responsible for providing minority entrepreneurs with business and technical assistance, workshops and training, business consulting, client assessments and opportunity evaluation. Located in the Tulsa office, her area of expertise includes report analysis, strong communication skills, teamwork and business development characterized by a high level of results oriented customer relationship development.
Serving as the REI Native American Business Center Coordinator, she is also charged with utilizing REI Oklahoma’s statewide network of partnerships statewide. Services are offered to start-up and established businesses wishing to expand their markets, services and products.
Lesa has an extensive background in business administration and worked as the Economic Development Director for a Federally Recognized Indian Tribe in Oklahoma. She is a graduate of the Dartmouth University Tuck School of Business Partnership Program and has completed the Native Oklahoma Leadership Program. Her work background includes experience with Tribal Government Operations, Human Relations and also has experience as a small business owner.
