Starting in 2022, the government is giving out more than $1.3 trillion in new
grants to rebuild the infrastructure of the nation. These are grants in addition to
the “normal” $500 billion in grants normally given each year. But this money
won’t fall out of the sky – organizations, agencies, and governments must be
