Sandra Is a proud citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. The business community
of Oklahoma City has long been familiar with the accomplishments of Sandra Bosin-
Medrano. Her career started with Aetna Life & Causality. It was with Aetna that she
became interested and studied extensively the relationship between the
mental/emotional states of employees and the effect on their final product. These
studies led her to become one of the foremost motivational trainers.
Sandra was a principal in the consulting firm of Bosin, Raine & Associates. She is
proud of a varied client base that included clients such as NASA, General Motors,
Amoco Oil, Barclay Banks and government municipalities across the country. She later
returned to Oklahoma City managing a staff of 150 associates with United Healthcare.
Consulting has always been her advocation so after leaving the corporate
environment she devotes her experience and skills throughout Indian Country.
Sandra is engaged with Tribal Nations in staff training and strategic planning. She
has inspired tribal entities such as Unity, Cook Native American Ministries, National
Indian Education Association, American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma,
and The First Americans Museum.
Sandra balanced her business career with active participation in the art community.
She served on the Board of Directors for Prairie Dance Theatre. She toured nationally
and internationally as the narrator for The Great American Indian Dancers. She taught
dance and creative movement to adults and children with special needs. When asked
regarding her passion, she quickly replied, “Serving others and helping them become
the best version of themselves.
