Following his departure from Deloitte, Mr. Arend started a non-profit that serves transition-aged neurodiverse adults, as well as the social impact and consulting company, SOAR Partners. Mr. Arend’s proven leadership, career expertise, and lived experience all provide him the tools needed to make him and his team successful in their mission to help organizations that are doing good to do well.
As the CEO of the Gatesway Foundation, he is passionate about bringing creative and evolving solutions to organizations who serve the vulnerable and underserved within Tulsa.
