Speaker Information: Victor Flores is the Principal at REDW LLC, where he leads the firm’s National Tribal Practice across Tribal Government, Tribal Healthcare, and Tribal Enterprise. Under his leadership, REDW has become the largest accounting and advisory firm in the nation dedicated to serving Indian Country. With over 16 years of direct service to Tribal Nations, Victor has held key leadership roles—including Tribal Administrator, CFO and Finance Director—for multiple tribal governments and healthcare enterprises, and has guided numerous tribes in accounting, financial strategy, and economic development.
Victor is also the Founder and President of the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium (OTFC), a statewide alliance advancing tribal finance and economic development. Through OTFC, he has fostered partnerships with Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business, the University of Oklahoma School of Law, and the Native American Finance Officers Association (NAFOA) to launch the OSU Introduction to Tribal Finance and Accounting Program—an innovative, first-of-its-kind initiative to build financial literacy and leadership in Indian Country.
He is currently a candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma, with a campaign centered on three key priorities: empowering small business owners and entrepreneurs, driving statewide economic development, and uniting communities across Oklahoma with a shared vision of being better together.
