About the Speaker: Warren Harjo is the Manager of CESO (Contracting and Employment Support Offices) for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation located in Okmulgee, OK.

Warren Harjo was born in Okmulgee, OK, and raised in Henryetta, OK upon moving off to attend college at Texas A&M University. Warren is a citizen of Muscogee/Seminole Nations and currently resides in Henryetta since returning to take on the role of MCN from Texas where he’s resided for the past 35 years. He has 2 beautiful, bright daughters.

He has specialized in Management, Logistics, and Finance over the course of his career. Bringing
knowledge of being goal oriented with strategic growth and looking to continue the growth of the CESO office for the competitive bidding processes with Native American owned companies for working in all aspects of the Muscogee Nation along with providing employment through a Job Bank at CESO.
CESO certification for Preferred Vendors was established to support and encourage the growth of Native Owned businesses and encourage the employment of a Native American workforce.

Warren is currently an alumni member of the Leadership Native Oklahoma Class of 2022, President of
the Eastern Chapter of AICCO (American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma) member of the
Lions Club, Rotary Club. In his spare time, he enjoys landscaping, hunting.
