Speaker Information: Rachel Crawford serves as CEO of Quivera Enterprises, the tribally owned holding company of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes. She treats the role as a responsibility, not a title, and credits Quivera’s progress to a committed team, community partners, and Tribal leadership. Since 2020, Quivera has diversified into construction, environmental services, telecommunications, and facilities support. In 2024, the company completed its first acquisition, integrating a 30-year construction legacy and strengthening capacity for larger projects.
Rachel is most proud of efforts that create career pathways for Wichita citizens and build culturally grounded, accountable workplaces across subsidiaries. An enrolled member of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes, she holds master’s degrees in economics and administrative leadership and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. She was recognized as a “Native American 40 Under 40” honoree and chairs the Wichita Tribe TERO Commission. Above all, she’s Benjamin and Jonah’s mom.
