Speaker: Susan Dean, Minority Small Business Program Manager, REI Oklahoma
About the Speaker:
Susan is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and has extensive experience managing government programs, and has outstanding achievements with multiple government agencies and contract management. Susan will talk about her own experiences as a minority business owner in addition to how she gained knowledge in government contracting over the years. Susan has spent many years gaining experience in handling the life cycle of all contracts from conception, including diverse procurements with preparing and evaluation, invitation to bid, review of bids, request for proposals, bid documents, and specifications that include value engineering in most areas.
