Gail’s passion is “possibilities”—which fuels her drive for collaboration in workforce development and building human potential. Gail has been employed with Enbridge for over nine years. Her current role is Specialist, Indigenous Engagement, in the company’s supply chain management department—and she is excited about the possibilities of collaborating with tribal communities, contractors, and unions to continue collaborating with Native American businesses and building a skilled prospering workforce. Prior to Enbridge, Gail worked at Lake Superior College where she found her love of workforce and community development. Gail received her MBA in Finance, and MAM in Change Leadership from The College of St. Scholastica (CSS) – Duluth in 2015 and graduated with her BA in Organizational Behavior from CSS – Duluth in 2010. Gail is a member of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce Wisconsin; Michigan Energy Workforce Development Consortium; and, represents Enbridge as an Associate Member of the Great Lakes Region TERO Group.
