Catherine J Graddy is an attorney at Joyce & Graddy, PLLC, an American Indian-owned law firm and Cherokee TERO, Chickasaw and Choctaw preferred vendor in Tulsa, OK. She is a Cherokee citizen and a member of the First Families of the Cherokee Nation.
Graddy graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1998 with a BA in Psychology, graduated from Pepperdine University in 2000 with a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004 with a JD. She has been licensed to practice in Oklahoma since 2005 and a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association. Catherine was elected to the Board by the membership at the Annual Membership meeting held in October to serve on the board from 2019 – 2021. In December, the Board as a whole elects officers to serve one year terms.
